If you would like KundaliScribe to delete your personal data, you may submit a deletion request using the contact details below.

This page is provided to help you exercise your privacy rights under applicable data protection law, and to support app-store disclosure requirements including Google Play's data deletion policy.

How to Request Deletion

Email your deletion request to kundaliscribe@gmail.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

      For faster processing, please send the request from the same email address that you used for your KundaliScribe order whenever possible.
    

What to Include

To help us locate your records and process your request efficiently, please include:

Your full name
The email address used for the order
Your report ID or order reference, if available (format: KUN-XXXXXXXX)
A short note requesting deletion of your personal data

What Happens Next

Acknowledgement — within 3 business days

We will confirm receipt of your request and we may request limited verification information to confirm that you are the rightful requester before processing deletion, in order to protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized requests.

Processing — within 14 business days

Once verified, we will process deletion of your personal data. This includes deletion of report data, delivery records, and associated identifiers where technically feasible. Certain transaction or compliance-related records may be retained where required by law.

Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.

What May Still Be Retained

Even after a deletion request is processed, KundaliScribe may retain limited records where required or permitted by applicable law, including for:

Legal compliance and regulatory obligations
Fraud prevention and abuse detection
Payment dispute handling and transaction records
Security incident investigation
Message delivery diagnostics

Where retention is required, we will retain only the minimum data necessary and will not use it for any other purpose.
