These Terms of Use govern your use of the KundaliScribe mobile application, website, and related services. By accessing or using KundaliScribe, you agree to these Terms.

KundaliScribe provides AI-assisted Vedic astrology reports for informational, educational, and reflective purposes only. The service does not provide medical, financial, legal, psychological, or other professional advice.

Nature of the Service

KundaliScribe generates preview content and premium reports using astrology calculation services and large language model AI systems based on the birth details provided by the user.

No human astrologer review is performed unless explicitly stated. Report content is produced by AI and reflects traditional Vedic astrological interpretation as understood by the AI system at the time of generation. No guarantees are made regarding predictions, interpretations, compatibility outcomes, timing, or life events described in generated reports. Astrology is not a scientifically validated method of prediction. KundaliScribe does not claim accuracy or reliability of astrological interpretations and provides content solely as a cultural, traditional, and reflective tool.

Consent to AI-Generated Content

Before generating a preview or purchasing a report, you will be asked to confirm that you understand and accept that the content is produced by an AI system and is intended for informational and reflective purposes only. By tapping the consent checkbox in the application, you acknowledge this and agree that KundaliScribe makes no claim that the content constitutes professional advice of any kind. Generated reports and associated processing data may be temporarily stored for operational reliability, fraud prevention, and delivery purposes and are deleted after a limited retention period as described in the Privacy Policy.

A timestamped record of your consent is stored for compliance and fraud prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments and Refunds

KundaliScribe provides paid AI-generated astrology reports as one-time digital purchases. Purchases may be made through the following channels:

• Android app — payment processed by Google Play Billing, subject to Google Play's billing policies
• iOS app — payment processed by Apple App Store, subject to Apple's billing policies
• Website — payment processed by Stripe. By purchasing through our website, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once report generation has begun or the report has been delivered. Reports are typically delivered within 15-20 minutes after successful payment, but delivery times may vary depending on system load and availability of processing services.

If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, please contact us at kundaliscribe@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Age Eligibility

KundaliScribe is intended for users aged 18 or older. We actively enforce this requirement at the application level: the service checks the birth year submitted and will not generate a report where the birth year indicates the subject is under 18.

Birth details of individuals under 18 may be submitted only by a parent or legal guardian who has confirmed their consent through the in-app consent flow. By proceeding with a submission involving a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that individual and that you have the legal authority to provide their information for this purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the KundaliScribe service. Prohibited activities include:

• Submitting birth information without appropriate authority or consent
• Using the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
• Copying, reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting generated reports without permission
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, overload, or interfere with service functionality
• Using automated tools or scripts to abuse, scrape, or interfere with the service
• Attempting to circumvent the age eligibility check or any other access control measure

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the birth information you provide. KundaliScribe retains ownership of its software systems, report structure, prompts, templates, branding, and generated interpretive content to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Reports generated through the service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise explicitly permitted by KundaliScribe in writing.

Service Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service where misuse, abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, security threats, or violations of these Terms are detected or reasonably suspected.

Availability and Changes to the Service

Service availability may change, and features may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service changes, operational needs, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of KundaliScribe after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KundaliScribe and its operators disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service or reliance on generated reports. KundaliScribe does not guarantee outcomes related to relationships, marriage compatibility, career events, financial results, health conditions, or life timing predictions described in generated reports.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
